with the race due to lack of body fluid. Drink lots of water before, during and
after the race.

And Gatorade too
During race, your body will need to replenish the needed nutrients and electrolytes.
Make sure to drink plenty of Gatorade especially on the later part of the race.



Relax
Don't think about what time you'll cross the finish line, enjoy the moment and
